Ever since I was a young girl, I have had very odd dreams. Kind of like I ingest crazy drugs right before I go to sleep, so I dream all crazylike but when I wake up it is gone. Often (way too often, if you ask my sisters), conversations at the dinner table started with me asking “Guess what I dreamt about last night?”, and ended with groans all around.
Well, my dear girls, guess what I dreamt about last night?
(Insert groans here)
Instead of a pig farm we had a wild African safari animal farm and we had tons of wild animals, especially elephants and rhinoceros’ (rhinoseri?) and the elephants and rhinos would run around everywhere and bully everyone and throw all the other animals really high in the air. And then they would chase us all over the place except we were never scared of them.

So welcome to a night in the life of Leah. It is not uncommon for me to wake up laughing because my dreams are so out there, and it always makes for an interesting sleep!
Tell me about your dreams!

Recently before a really really busy time at work I dreamt that my boss caught me drinking at work and I got fired on the spot …. needless to say I was a little on edge for the next couple days at work worried it was foreshadowing ACTUALLY getting fired on the spot that week.
No wonder you are always smiling with funny dreams like that all the time. Crazy! Did you watch an Animal Kingdom show just before you went to bed?
THIS must be genetic…I have weird dreams all the time, and Ryan thinks I am so weird.
I most recently dreamed that my butt was itchy and then it turned out I was laying beside a snake in bed. WEIRD.
Last May I ran a half-marathon. Two weeks before the big run I dreamt that I forget my running shoes and that I showed up for the run in jeans and flip-flops. When I was a kid, the night before camp, I would dream I forgot my swimsuit. I mostly dream about things I’m worried/excited/anxious about and how they could possibly go wrong.
I wish I had interesting dreams like that!
My dreams are usually really boring. The most interesting one I ever had was just me trying to explain how I felt about John using a chalkboard and no one could understand me. I woke up so sad.
I’d much rather dream about living at African Lion Safari!

I’m with Lara, I think it is genetic because I always have crazy detailed dreams. In one I was at school with Owen and we were talking to one of our music teachers and she told us that now that we were graduated we could tell everyone! And we were like tell everyone what? And she was like “that you’re in love!” And we thought this was the smartest thing ever, and were so relieved.
Or maybe I’m just in love with my best friend? haha oh man.
Thats too funny! I have insane dreams sometimes too. You should write them all down and publish them..lol! Love that Elephant pic.

I’d just like to point out that the ‘dreams’ category was not created just for this post, this is in fact the seventh dream-related post on FB.com. We can haz dreams.
I always have crazy dreams too! But I hate trying to explain them to people because in my head they make sense and I can see all the twists and turns but they are so hard to explain.
Im going to start keeping a dream journal… its so hard to remember the crazy ones!
