I live in Seattle and got the privilege of meeting Warren Miller at one of the showings of one of his movies. he was signing Autographs and selling books. About 2 months later i ran into him at the mall….no kidding. I walked up to him and asked if he was Warren Miller. He was by himself so he stopped and said yes. I told him I wanted to shake his hand and thank him for a life long dedication to the greatest sport ever. He got a huge smile on his face and told me it was his pleasure. I told him I was happy to keep paying his bills if he keeps making movies. Very very nice man.

Hahaa this came up on stumble! i LOVE warren miller films…. but i HIGHLY recommend Corduroy, and MAtchstick films like Hit List and Seven Sunny Days…. INCREDIBLE visuals they are all fascinating :):)
