Never too sore to blog.

The 11pm search through the apartment for a tube of Rub A535 is a painful one.

Yesterday we had family and friends over to mom and dad’s (aka “the farm”) and by the end of the night there were about 15 of us playing baseball on the front yard. Yes, we have a yard big enough to play baseball on!

I’ve never seen D play baseball before and he hasn’t played on a team since he was 10.  Last night he hit 2 home runs. Two. Home. Runs.  He gets more attractive every day.  Maybe it’s all the video game baseball he plays?

The game did not come without a price, of course.  Sore arms from swinging and hitting, sore bodies overall from running and escaping the full body tackles at first base (*cough*Lauren*cough*)!  This brings us to the 11pm need for A535.  There is some in the house. I’ve seen it. D has seen it. I think it grew legs and is hiding from us in our apartment…somewhere…ugh.  I’m sure I’ll trip over it when I get home.

Man! It sure was a rought game yesterday. Today I am sore in three ways -
1.) My throat because I am a sick doggy
    2.) My arms from baseball
3.) My stomach and abs from dancing too much at a wedding on Saturday!

I can’t believe how perfectly the Jan-June and July-Dec teams worked out! That was a pretty good game, we should do it again sometime, maybe next time with some shoes tho!
