Anniversary Time!

in Wedding, katelyn, love

October 27, 2007 was the day Scott and I got married! So today, October 27, 2008 we get to celebrate our FIRST anniversary as a married couple!   It was a great year, we went on our honeymoon to Costa Rica, got used to living with each other, laughed lots, and had lots of fun with friends and each other.  We are both excited to find out what’s in store for us in the future!

We don’t have much time to celebrate today, we are both working and tonight I have a Halloween party with the brownies.  We both decided (separately) that we should go out for ice cream after brownies. What can we say, great minds think alike.  We also plan on eating the top tier of our wedding cake!  So excited for that!

Aw that one picture of you on the couch, so cute! I love how you are so casual and relaxed, even on your wedding day.

The cake a year later isn’t as good as you think it would be….

Katelyn looks so calm and relaxed because she WAS! Kate was the perfect bride. Even the day before the wedding when both her groom and her father were sick at the doctors Kate was cool as a cucumber. And beautiful as a … bride on her wedding day! It was an amazing wedding, and it’s been a wonderful year! Congrats to you two lovebirds.

Congratulations Kate and Scott! You are truly an inspiring couple. I hope that the Xman and I have a wedding close to the awesomeness that was yours…

Great wedding shots, I especially like the formal shots that have been very well posed.

Happy Anniversary … Ihave to tell you, when I saw the 16th picture I actually said, “WonderTwin powers activate … form of a ….” – actually, maybe you are not as old as me and will not get the reference. Trust me – it’s funny. All the best!

Congrats Scottlyn!!!! LOL
What a great day that was! Despite the windy crazy weather!!! You pictures still blow my mind! They turned out so incredible! At my friend meagans wedding this summer the pastor said that on your anniversary, or whenever you are needing a little relationship inspiration, you should go back to the very place you were married, right at the front of the church, and remember all of those beautiful feelings you had that day, and hold them right as close to your heart again. I thought that was a really beautiful idea. Hope you guys had an awesome ice cream date! Love you both!
