I Find You Interesting

Why, thank you! I think…

Don’t you just hate spam emails that get by your filters because they have natural, conversational subjects?  This morning I opened an email in my junk email folder (I always scan the subjects just in case) with the subject “I find you interesting“.   I was hoping that maybe – just maybe – someone actually did find me interesting for once. No such luck.  It was “a nice girl” who wanted to chat with me.  Sorry hon, I’m not into that.

Speaking of interestingness, I was looking for pictures on flickr the other day and did a search for the word “interesting”.  Then I sorted by the mysterious “Most Interesting” function.

This is the most interesting interesting picture on flickr (under a CC license).

The definition of interestingness?

Did I just blow your mind???

Comments

  1. It really is an interesting picture. What is it really? A lighted bridge?

  2. Erica says:

They are “star-studded blue flags” – the pic was actually taken in Toronto at a festival.

    Hilarious post!

I can totally relate to the first part. I get those emails too, and although I know they’re probably spam, deep down I hope one of these days it would be for real. Haha.

That’s actually my shot up there, and I doubt it’s really the most interesting photo on Flickr, but thanks for blogging it anyway! ;)

    Cheers!
