There are ten days left until the wedding and I am a busy but un-stressed bride. Just getting everything finished up this week, and getting excited for the bachelorette party this weekend (which all five blondes will be attending!)
Here are a few things – wedding related and not, that I’m loving in my life lately – in picture form! Ten things, in honour of the ten days.

7. The fact that Kent and I have become ”that couple” that runs together, maps out runs on mapmyrun.com, and discusses our runs in detail if we ran separately that day.
8. My wedding shower from this past weekend, everyone who attended, and making my house lovely with all of my wonderful gifts.
9. That Miss Leah will be here in just a few days! I will allow her to stay in Calgary as long as she continues to visit us three times a year (and as long as I can get out there once a year.)
10. THE HONEYMOON! We’re going right away (because we are romantic like that), to Maui and Kaui, stopping in LA for one night along the way. I. can’t. wait!

10 days is awesome! You must be so excited!! And I love that you’re stress-free! Hope you girls have a great time at the Bachelorette!! My grandfather gets here from the Philippines on Thursday so I’ll be busy with that. It’ll be his first time here… and his 2nd time ever on a plane!!

so glad you’re leaving on your honeymoon right away! its just nice because its like the wedding day continues right into the honeymoon. so I guess that’s one thing I’m loving! I’m also loving the bachelorette gift I got you last night, it looks so pretty as a table centrepiece at my house right now haha! I’m loving the busy week I have and looking forward to the next two weekends!
You seriously want me to list 10 things? nu-uh.
Here’s a few – the manicure and possibly facial that I’m booking for myself to look extra lovely for the 15th!
Also, I feel the need to tell you that you have gorgeous skin. I know you have no idea how to touch up a photo to make your skin look as smooth as it does in pic #2 – that’s all you!

Okay, I soo cannot do that braid thing on my own hair at all. It always ends up too loose and falls out and looks dumb ontop of it all.
Yay!!! Maui! (Yay Kaui too, but I have never heard of it. I like that it rhymes with maui) – and hooray for almost wedding day and L.A! (Too many exclamation points – apologies…)
Lee – Congrats on being the only person to actually list 10 things (so far…). I love when Kent calls me by my name as opposed to the 23894 nicknames he has for me (which I also love) just because it’s so rare and he says my name the way I like it said best.
Gemma – You better! Kidding.
Reggy – That’s exciting! Have a great time with him!
LJ – I love that your profile picture and I think your Twitter picture are from your honeymoon which leads me to believe that honeymoons are the best time ever.
Erica – I don’t actually have great skin, I just look for the best lighting to take pictures in. That way I don’t have to edit it, which by the way I’m sure I could easily figure out how to do if I had photoshop… geeeez!

Nancy – Practice really does make perfect in this case! I’m not there yet but I’ve improved soo much by practicing in front of the mirror. Kauai (which I spelled wrong in the post) is one of the Hawaiian Islands. And it doesn’t actually rhyme with Maui when you say it, it’s pronounced more like Ka-why.

2) I am also loving braids. I can’t really do them in my own hair, but I make mom do them allll the time. Especially 2 french braids with all of my hair.
