My recent favorite song is by Trace Adkins, called “You’re Gonna Miss This.” I didn’t really pay attention to the words the first few times I heard the song and then one day I really listened, and the song really hit me. It’s about life and how you wish for the future and then you will look back and miss what you were doing. I think everyone in life can relate to this at one time or another!

hah.. I can totally relate to the second verse!! Not that I’m married but everything else! It’s so true though. Dad often says that some of the best years of his life were when him and mom were newlyweds living in our tiny trailer with 5 kids. And look at him now, in this big beautiful house, lovin it but still missin the trailer.
that’s the 1st time I’ve ever heard that song and it is SOO very true, Im 23 and I just got married this past August. I have a little boy who’s about to turn 2 in June and even though i miss life sometimes, i wouldn’t change anything that’s happened the way it’s happend for the world.
i know it’s only be 2 years, and it’ll sound strange, but i miss when he was really little, but i also wouldn’t change this time for the world.
Hm… I’m also not sure about the second verse but I can totally relate to the gist of the song! And I love the video… but I’m so lost! I haven’t been able to watch it on a consistent basis so I don’t know the whole story. LOVE One Tree Hill though. Chad Michael Murray is so damn hot!
