I also just started using eyelash primer, and I totally find it makes a difference. New eyeshadow is so much fun, and I think getting compliments on my eyes are on of my favorite things! I have never tried Maybelline EyeStudio line, but I would LOVE to win

aaand, I will fully admit here on your blog that many times I sleep in my makeup. Eep!
Make up is so much fun! I tend to stick to the same old colours all the time (brown neutrals and some lavender when I’m feeling adventurous). I always look at all the fun colours at the store but am never bold enough to shell out the money to try them. One day, I will dive into that beautiful sea of blue eyeshadow and hopefully I won’t come out looking like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show (anyone else remember that show?)!
I actually like putting on makeup, because I feel as though I’m getting evened out with my skin tone (I have rosey cheeks and really white under eye circles. That’s something to complain about, huh?). I only use samples of mascara given to me by MAC when I order stuff from their site, which isn’t really often because I’m cheap.
I like Maybelline, and I remember using one of their mascaras once (I got it from the dollar store lol) and it was actually pretty good. A bit dry. I bet it was old.

I’ve never seen this makeup before but I LOVE how it looked on you! You’re much braver than I am when it comes to trying out new colours. I’ve been a MAC girl for the last few years – it stays put! I usually stick to the pink shades, and am a slave to some light bronzer. I’d love to try this line though.

I have never heard of the Maybeline EyeStudio line, but after seeing these photos, you better bet that I’ll be checking it out.
I love to play with makeup & am a believer that colour IS a good thing! Love it when I have time on the weekends to go full out.
During the week my routine is much sadder. Powder, mascara, brows & lip gloss. Functional.

To be honest I don’t have a make up routine right now… I just try to put a little bit of mascara and eye shadow on when I can and go.. I have 4 kids so this would be a treat for me, I’d be able to play around a bit more when I have time!!! great giveaway!
My beauty routine is not much. I dont wear foundation because of my acne prone skin, but I do put on eyeshadow, mascara, and colored gloss, sometimes even lipstick.

You totally rock all of those colors! I’m a pretty basic (read: lazy) girl most days. Cover-up, light powder, and a sweep of blush since I’m super pale. If I up the ante I’ll do eyeliner and shadow. Rarely do I use mascara because my eyes are so sensitive.
my makeup routine is fairly simple. wash my face, moisturise, some clinque blush on my cheeks and a little mascara…now when i go out for the night my makeup routin has a lot more to it haha. And i have yet to try this product but i would like to!

How much fun is that?!? So many fun colors of eye shadow to choose from . In the mornings my make up routine consists of tinted moisturizer, mascara, and lip gloss. I am a sucker for an awesome mascara though.
i used to never wear makeup but lately i’ve been taking the time to put on eyeliner and mascara and if time permits eyeshadow. i’ve found i really like playing with all the pretty colors

I can’t go anywhere without mascara.
I love all of the pictures of you with the different shades of eyeshadows! I love trying different shades of eyeshadows and playing around with lipsticks. For work it takes me about 10 minutes to put on my usual makeup, and when I am out and about maybe 15 to 10 minutes. I am a perfectionist! I once spent all of my paycheck on makeup:) Ha, this was before I was married and had very little responsibilities mind you…but now I don’t mind splurging on makeup every now and then…. I

I think I’ve gotten a bit lost when it comes to my eye makeup. Just started wearing eye liner a year ago and that made a BIG difference. I wear the same brown eye shadow everyday though…a bit scare to venture out to colors!

My makeup routine involves only easy stuff b/c I’m not too skilled with makeup. For example, liquid liner frightens me! But I do like to make sure that if I do nothing else, I line my eyes and add some under-eye concealer. And a nice glossy lip is always a plus for me!

I’m a makeup junkie, but it’s hard to tell in my day-to-day life. I go for the fun stuff instead of spending my money on foundation and concealer. Since I have a bad habit of getting out of bed 15 minutes before I have to leave the house, my daily beauty routine involves a cleansing face wipe, mascara, blush, and maybe some eyeshadow. Lipstick or lip gloss is always applied while I’m on the go, typically while walking or on the bus.
Nights out are where I love playing around with lots of different coloured eyeshadows and liners.
my make-up routine has been the same for way too long! like my sister i need bronzer so i usually put on that and mascara everyday and add liner and some black/pinky cream eye shadow if i want to dress it up a bit.
Ooooooo, I would love to win this! I used to always love to experiment with makeup but now that I am a momma I don’t ever buy myself any extras. I just stick to the powder, mascara, blush and gloss. These would be so fun to have on my upcoming trips to NYC and Vegas.
I’m pretty basic with my makeup. I just wear mascara and bronzer most days to work and no makeup on the weekends unless I’m going out. I haven’t even heard of the this line of makeup. Well Maybelline-yes, eye studio-no. I’ve been thinking about branching out with some eye shadow. I have boring brown eyes, so some colour would really help spice them up!

I’m with Mic-not entering, but still expecting some of that makeup! Lately (since I started working full time for the summer) I wear no makeup. It actually consists of sunscreen, since that is the only part of my body out of layers and layers of clothing on the corn planter.
I am a slave to pink and red lipstick though. Guaranteed any time I go out to a bar I have either colour on. I guess I have cheerleading to thank for that.

Another thing I forgot to mention: I have recently started to fully believe that Maybelline chooses the names of their makeup JUST so Americas Next Top Model girls will mess it up in their commercials. I mean: Maybelline Eye Studio Colour Plush Silk Eyeshadow? That’s just asking for a poor model to stumble on her words.

I LOVE makeup! My makeup routine is full on in the mornings! Wouldn’t go anywhere without it.. Mineral powder, bronzer, black or white eyeliner, gold or brown or purple eyeshadow (only ones I have at the mo!) and then mascara.. Lots and lots of mascara! Would love some new makeup! Especially considering these new maybelline goodies will take years to reach the shores of New Zealand! Thanks Five Blondes!
I’ve never used this line, but I’d be happy to try it. My make up routine is pretty average: cream, concealer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, contouring, eyelash curler, mascara, powder, lip coverage, done. That is, if I need to wear it at all. The minimum I go out with is face cream; I don’t really need the eyeliner… the benefits of having black hair.
I’ve never used Maybelline… I tend to stick to my Rimmel mascara and eyeliner if I’m dressing up, but I don’t bother for every day… I have weird eyelids, so I’ve never figured out how to wear eyeshadow without it a) not being visible at all or b) making me look like a black eye. I think I need to force myself to try it again…!

My makeup routine depends so much on my mood that day! BUT- I ALWAYS wash with cold water, make sure my face and lips are exfoliated, and use an eyelash curler. Lash-extending mascara is a MUST!!

my typical make up routine mon-thur is foundation with eyeliner nd fri-sun consist of of foundation, eyeliner, mascara and eye shadow or foundation, eyeshawdow and mascara…havent tried M.E.S yet
My makeup routine is foundation, concealer (I have bad skin
) and I have the master palette from e.l.f. which is fun for eyes. I don’t usually wear liner or mascara, I’ve never found a mascara that doesn’t flake and isn’t awful to remove at the end of the day. I have some Maybelline shadows, but not the new line.

Let’s see… I’m running low but I start with mac foundation, rimmel matte finish powder, maybelline minerals bronzer and then some mac blush. Then depending on my mood I’ll do a really simple/natural eye shadow dealio (mac of course) and rimmel glam eyes mascara. And finish it off with some mac lip glass. Colours may vary

I would LOVE to win some new eye shadow colours. I rarely ever used to wear eye shadow until I got mondo compliments one day when I took the extra two minutes to jazz up my look. I would love to try some new colours. I’ve been toying with buying the lime green-pink-blue maybelline combo palette, but I keep chickening out – I’ve been telling myself that lime green will look ridiculous on me (which is probably true, but the best part about this contest is the chance to play around with my look!).

I’m like Laura Jean and keep it simple. I use bronzer, a bit of cover-up if I have blemishes and then some eye make-up. I’m getting curious about the two-step mascara though since it might be really fun for nights out on the town!

I’m not very adenterous when it comes to eyeshadow. Probably b/c i don’t want to put down $5 for a shade and disover i look ridiculous in it. i have red hair and green eyes so when i try different colors i feel like a clown or a little kid playing in her mom makeup for the first time. NOT attractive! I would love to win this and have the opportunity to test diff colors with my complexion. Fingers crossed!
