So earlier I promised to write a post about Bart, who had his picture up here a couple of weeks ago, buut I haven’t yet, and I decided that today would be the perfect opportunity to tell you all about him! So when we were kids, before we could work in the barn full time, and before Scotty McHottie came around to work for our parents, Mom and Dad would get guys from Holland who needed to work on a farm overseas for school to help them for the summer. We actually had a couple of guys from Japan too, but that was when we were really little. (Well, I was really little, I don’t think Erica was). Anyways, we hadn’t had one for a while, and so this year mom tells me that we’re getting a “dutch guy”, which is what we call them. And then comes Bart, who turns 18 years old today! He can’t drink in Canada yet, but if he was in Holland he would be able to get his drivers license today! He came to Micaela and Kent’s wedding (his first one!) with us, and had a craazy time dancing with my friend Emily, and hanging out with her dad, Bob, who may have had a nap at the wedding? 
And as you’ve seen in previous posts, Mom and I brought Bart to his first Wedding Shower, his first trip to Toronto to see awesome cheerleaders, and his first trip to the CN Tower that you can see here!
