Scene: Sunday evening, Mr. Leah is watching Transformers (again) and I am playing Scrabble on Facebook (again).
Me: Hey, look. K and B put their engagements photos up on Facebook.
Him: Oh, nice. They look good. I like B, he’s a really nice guy. We’ve been friends for a long time.
Me: What’s B’s real name?
(B is one of those guys who is only know by his nickname, which is Box.)
Him: …. Umm …
Him: (nervous laughter) I have no idea.
Mr. Leah had no idea what his friends real name was. After I laughed at him for a few seconds I did some research and when I told Mr. Leah what his real name was he looked even more confused. Boys are so funny.
On another note, we have decided to take part in NaBloPoMo this year, and I am kind of terrified for it. I guess we have it easy though, I only have to do one fifth of the work.
Who else is doing NaBloPoMo this year?

I kind of forgot that NaBloPoMo was coming up so soon! I’ve done it the last three years, so I suppose I’ll try again this year. Thanks for the reminder.

When is NaBloPoMo? I thought it was in October… but is it November!!? Oooo. I could easily get on that.
And do we all know why his name is Box (insert question mark that isn’t working) – - – His big brother’s nickname was Ox so he was given the name Baby Ox…Which became Box!
I love how I know all that and really don’t know him at all…
