Apparently this year all of Canada will be having a white Christmas – something that hasn’t happened since 1971! We’re a family that loves our snow, particularily when it is covering our local ski hill. Relatives of ours choose to escape the snow over Christmas by taking a family vacation every year – read my take on their interesting Christmas tradition over at strict shenaniganist where I’m guest posting for the lovely Lauren (not to be confused with the blonde Lauren, who is at the ski hill now teaching ski lessons!).

Tellll me about it. This morning starting at 6:30am I helped get two cars out of snow/ditches. Then I got called to teach a lesson in a blizzard. Of course when I finished the lesson the sun came out and the snow stopped blowing.

You two photograph very well. As for the snow storm (I refuse to call it what they’ve dubbed it btw), I seem to remember a worse one way back in 2000 or some time around that year. At least we’re getting sunny breaks in between right now!

if it wasn’t so darn cold i might enjoy the snow… I think i have to start enjoying it more as my 2 1/2 yr old is OBSESSED with it!
i can’t even get him in the house if i bribe him.. I have to pick him up kicking and screaming! how ’bout i send him to you for the day and you can play outside all day long with him?!? hahaha
